Accessibility Status

This website meets the accessibility requirements. It largely complies with the A and AA level accessibility criteria required by law (WCAG 2.1), and there are no critical accessibility issues. The key shortcomings in the service are described in this statement.

Non-accessible Content

Some PDF files linked from the site are produced by third parties and do not meet accessibility requirements.

Some pages may use identical link texts that direct users to different destinations. Not all link texts are meaningful out of context, such as “read more.”

There are contrast issues in the content. The contrast between text and background color is not always sufficient. For example, logos may not be clearly visible against the background color.

Some images on the site may have incomplete or overly detailed alternative texts (alt texts), which can hinder the experience for users relying on screen readers. Some alt texts may also be too long.

The heading structure in the HTML code is partially incorrect, and not all pages have an H1 heading. This can make navigation with a screen reader more difficult.

Some lists are missing the markup indicating that they are lists.
